Baby Booties

Baby Booties are done, my kind of project fast and fun.

I copied the pattern out of a library book: Knitting for Baby by Melanie Falick and Kristin Nichols, it's the "Stay on Baby Booties" and then lost my copy so I did the second one from memory, they are that simple.
Baby Booties in the sun. I found a very similar pattern here.

How cute! The instructions make it sound very easy to do. I'm not sure if I have a size 1 needle or not. I sure don't have a 0.

Did you use the 2 circular method with these?

Lord knows I've enough babie to knit for right now. These look like something you could knit and keep on hand for when needed. I like that sort of thing.

Karen, I was looking at knitting books at the library yesterday. Looked down and there was the book with this pattern! Would you like me to scan it and send it to you? There are a lot of cute things in there.
BTW, the book also mentions the same woman, Christine, who made these bootees for many years. Except the book gives a different spelling of her name.
