These socks are on the back burner, a big push would get them done but my interest right now is on this...
sweater, it's knit all in one piece which I really like, I hate to seam pieces together. I'm almost to the "interesting" part, the lower edge is done with cables and ribbing which will require more concentration than the upper part. But it will be rewarding to get into the pattern.
The sweater yarn is lovely, Karen. I love variegated yarns. You never know how they will stripe themselves.
ReplyDeleteI'm just finishing my 1st preemie hat. So tiny and a few mistakes. I figure a preemie won't notice. Hopefully, neither will anybody else. I just have to pull the thread thru the last 11 stitches, tie them off, hide the thread ends and I'm done.
I think I told you I'm still working up my courage to tackle a pair of socks.
