This is the bloom on a chives plant, growing in a pot for about 5 years. Who cares about the chives, I love these blooms.
Same picture, less crop-age.Laying in bed this morning, planning today's projects, I decided I should sew some cool ties to send to the troops overseas. Later I realized that this is Memorial Day, so I really need to do this today.
Lovely! I didn't know chives had flowers like that. I've never grown them. I'll bet fresh chives are really good in cooking.
